Vast amount of oil was flooded to Setonaikai (Inland sea) due to the explosion of oil tank at Mitzushima Plant of Mitsubichi Oil co. By this explosion, the surrounding sea was soiled and the means of life was derpived from the fishermen. All fishermen could do were just to scoop out oil and to watch their sea absentmindly., ID: 44152
